On the back of strong investment flows into Vietnam, the highly successful Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) has expanded from the south of Vietnam (VSIP and VSIP II) to the north (VSIP Bac Ninh and VSIP Hai Phong), owning a substantial land bank of 4,145 hectares when all four projects are fully developed.
All VSIP projects enjoy strong support from the central and provincial governments, facilitating prompt delivery of prepared land to customers. The properties have evolved from traditional industrial parks to integrated industrial townships that will transform the landscape with improved urban planning and modern facilities. The "Work, Live and Play" integration is unique to VSIP, with a focus on long-term sustainability and quality development. |

While VSIP and VSIP II are zoned for predominantly industrial use, the new VSIP properties in the north comprise mixed-use developments. VSIP Bac Ninh offers 500 hectares of industrial and 200 hectares of commercial and residential spaces. It is strategically located minutes from Hanoi.
The latest project, VSIP Hai Phong, ranks amongst the largest property developments in Vietnam at 1,600 hectares. Located in adjacent vicinity to Hai Phong City's new government administrative and political centre, VSIP Hai Phong will feature a 500-hectare clean industry zone and a 1,100-hectare township zone incorporating commercial and residential areas. This township has been skillfully master-planned around prime waterfront for modern urban living in Vietnam's new river district. |
